The staff was helpful and helped with the free parking. I loved the good area and marvellous location far away from the ocean.

Amazing hotel, loved the facilities and breakfast. I wish I could have stayed longer. My wife had a free massage and we enjoyed sitting by the pool. The staff was friendly. Definitely coming back if I return to Bali.

Who needs other guests when you have construction noise? And don't get me started on the laughable attempts at a 5-star experience.

I recently stayed at Crystal Luxury Bay Resort and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a comfortable king size bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent hospitality throughout my stay. I was able to enjoy room service and even had the opportunity to visit the spa, where my wife had a great time. it was a good hotel for my family of five, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only drawback I found was that the resort was not obvious to find initially.

All is perfect, I had a nice trip. It offers satisfactory breakfasts at 8.45am.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with tea and the bathroom, for instance; everyone is welcome here. The service was all in all friendly...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The infinity pool was stunning and offered a great view of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Made Ryan who gave great travel tips. The location was convenient for transportation and getting to shops in Nusa Dua. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The spacious and clean rooms with mangrove views had a comfortable bed and pillows. The large balcony with a beautiful sunrise view of the ocean was a plus. The indoor and outdoor pools with mangrove views were perfect for my family. The friendly staff, complimentary shuttle to the beach club, and delicious breakfast options made our stay even better.

Despite the hotel's many amenities, the food service could be improved. Like most hotels in Bali, the food was not always served together, leading to some members of my party finishing their meals before others had even started.

Great place to stay! The staff was amazing and always treated us with kindness and hospitality. The food was also really good, and we especially loved the local cuisine. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. we were able to explore the city easily since it was located near the bus and metro stations.

Our only suggestion would be for the hotel to improve cleanliness, especially in the common areas. some of the rooms could use some updating and new furniture.

The view from our room at Crystal Luxury Bay Resort was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the serene mangrove from our bedroom window, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the ongoing construction on the rooftop and the lack of a beach club as advertised, overall we had a positive stay at Crystal Luxury Bay Resort. The beautiful mangrove view, convenient location, and enjoyable swimming pools were the highlights of our experience.

The rooftop pool and the central pool were enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. Room was spacious and well-lit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hot water was consistently available.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot by the toll road that leads directly to the airport and to Nusa Dua's beaches. However, the hotel's claim of being beachfront is misleading, since the location is more like a muddy river. The view from some rooms might be nice, but don't expect much from the dirty bathrooms and inconsistent service. The breakfast buffet is limited and lacks quality, and the facilities advertised on the internet are nonexistent or under construction. However, despite these issues, the rooms are decent, and some pool areas are appealing.

The service is poor and unprofessional.
